The room was beautiful and quite large with a seating area and a separate closet and entry space. It had a gorgeous marble bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. Despite being central, this was on a quiet and safe street and very close to a tube station.

Great Location - walking distance to Paddington Station as well as Hyde Park. Book a suite - spacious enough for two adults and two babies including a travel cot. Room was attractive and clean. Yes, the bathroom was a little small with an odd access to bath but still managed to bath two babies in there. Staff were all very polite and accommodating. We had a txt when the room was ready and a lady showed direct to our room. We also left luggage on arrival and departure while we explored London for the Christmas festivities.

Location was excellent. 2minute walk from Bayswater station. Very clean and attentive staff. Bed was extremely comfortable and got great nights sleep.

We basically had a great stay. Perfect location - really very good! Whether bus, Circle or Central Line. Great rooms Will definitely be back! Very nice staff

It is just 5 mins walk to Bayswater station and 10 mins to Queensway underground. A lot of food along the street - the Malaysian restaurant opposite the hotel is amazing. Hotel is clean and spacious until we have to open the sofa bed cos we are traveling as 1 adult and 2 kids. Great to have bottled water everyday and my room had a nice bath tub.

Phenomenal location, near Hyde park (5min walk), and also near Bayswater and also Queensway underground station, 15to 20 mins walking to Paddington station (Heathrow Express). Buggy friendly. Kind staff, spacious rooms , pretty quiet area. Great shopping nearby (Boots, Tesco Express) and so many restaurants at the doorstep while also being in the quieter area. Super comfy beds and a lot of room on the couch for the kid to sleep in (we had junior suite). A lot of space to walk around. Comfy carpet on the floor. Plenty of outlets. Will stay there again.

The hotel was really comfortable. Very clean and meticulously arranged. We got complimentary tea and coffee sachets, and there was an empty fridge in the room where we could store drinks and food. The bathroom was nice, very modern, with a marble sink and a marble shower. The bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed our short stay there.
