La Suite West - Hyde Park

This was my husbands first time traveling to london and I can honestly say that the service here was immaculate! our room was comfortable, when we arrived it was a little cold and this was resolved within seconds. The management were honestly amazing, great service, they accommodated to our needs so perfectly and really made us feel at home! Thank you to all the staff especially Mogtaba and Hassan you guys were fantastic you really made sure we enjoyed our stay. I know london can be at the pricey side, but this hotel is actually at a reasonable price, with the underground station less than 1 minute away. Thank you once again and cannot wait to come in the winter and stay here! AJ

Fantastic position, really lovely and accommodating staff, very comfortable rooms. The family rooms were very spacious and well appointed. Double was compact but really comfortable. Well appointed - v comfy bed and linen, great shower, nice toiletries, hair dryer, mini bar, hot drinks facilities, good black out blinds.

The hotel location was ideal for a long weekend in London. A minute's walk from the well-connected Bayswater Underground Station made popping in and out of the Central London very easy. The hotel itself was very well presented and the staff couldn't have been more helpful.

Great location for Hyde Park/marble Arch and close to the tube for exploring other parts of London

This hotel is my 'go to' on this side of London. The staff are friendly, professional and cannot do enough for you. The hotel itself welcomes you with a fresh smelling reception where there are usually 2 staff, who smile as you approach. The rooms are spacious, clean and the beds are very comfortable indeed. For this stay I booked a spacious double and the bathroom was really spacious, the room itself gave space to sit and chat with a good size wardrobe and good tea/coffee facilities. There are glasses and cups in the room as well as a small sink, which is very handy
